Our team examined the state of this home’s exterior and determined that it would need to be fully sanded before any painting could begin. Fully sanding the exterior down to 95% bare wood ensures that the new paint will efficiently adhere to the home, rather than to the flaking paint.
This project was a unique case because the home was not able to provide our team with electrical power to support our sanders and other equipment. Our innovative team was able to bring in a generator to get the job done.
Once the house was sanded two separate coats of primer were applied.
After the primer two separate coat of high quality exterior paint were applied to the home.
In only a handful of days our team at Monk’s had transformed the exterior of this Westfield, NJ home.
