Our team at Monk’s Home Improvements spent four weeks completely renovating this Chatham, NJ kitchen. New counters, hardwood flooring, and tile work were only a few of the changes that updated this space.
BEFORE | AFTER |
This home’s kitchen was ready for an upgraded look.

This project began with our team removing the existing base cabinets and tile floor. Brand new pre-finished hardwood flooring was selected in the Monk’s showroom, and installed in the new Chatham kitchen. Then we re-installed the base cabinets.

All of the kitchen cabinets were repainted white using a cup spray finish technique.
All new under cabinet lighting, and a handy pot filler were also installed.

We put in a bracket system in to support the oversized countertop. This extra counter space gives the homeowners more workspace, as well as a seating area. A Monk’s Designer helped coordinate all the new materials for the countertops, floor, and backsplash.
Our team of skilled workers also installed a tile backsplash to give the kitchen a more finished look.

In just four weeks we gave this kitchen a fresh new look.
