Meet Alim Reci, Estimator at Monk’s Home Improvements. Alim was born and raised in New Jersey and is passionate about serving its communities.
Alim comes to Monk’s with over 13 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. During this time, he has owned and operated multiple businesses and successful franchises. Throughout his career, Alim has learned every facet of construction — from initial consultation to project execution. His experience spans a range of projects, from residential renovations to custom home builds, to full commercial and multi-unit residential developments, and even complex industrial build-outs.
Alim is driven by a passion for transforming clients’ visions into reality, always focusing on understanding their needs and guiding them through the process to create personalized, functional living and working spaces.
He strives to provide the highest level of service and ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project completions.
