A home improvement project shouldn’t be painful. At Monk’s Home Improvements, we do our best to minimize stress and unnecessary delays by focusing on good communication. Our Customer Bill of Rights is the core of your well-managed home improvement project.

  1. The customer has the right to good communication before, during and after the job. It is our promise to return all phone calls on the same business day that we receive them.
  2. The customer has a right to know what to expect at all times during the job process. It is our promise to use a comprehensive, easy to understand contract explaining the work we will perform. If there is anything not clearly spelled out, we will give the benefit of the doubt to the homeowner.
  3. The customer has a right to know exactly what things will cost before the work is started. Our prices reflect the true cost of the job, there are no hidden fees. We will always give an exact price and get a signature or a verbal agreement over the phone before starting any “extras” on the house.
  4. The customer has the right to expect punctuality and responsibility from everyone at Monk’s Home Improvements. We will either be on-time for all appointments or you will get a phone call from us before the appointment to reschedule.
