A true local, Robert Farley grew up and currently resides in New Providence, NJ.
Robert has an extensive background in customer service in northern New Jersey. He joined Monk’s in 2022 and enjoys making home renovation projects simple for homeowners. Robert understands there is a lot of thought and effort put into each decision. He says, “I thoroughly enjoy working with customers. My goal is to make homeowners completely satisfied with their product selections.”
Robert works out of the Morristown showroom assisting customers with their window, door, decking, and hardwood flooring needs.

Robert went above and beyond working with me on required HOA documents, numerous changes and updates in planning styles, colors; jumping in any time needed as a point of contact for questions or to engage other team members, as well as everything in between.
Robert was very knowledgable of manufacturers, styles, and materials, and hardware offering suggestions for consideration.. I particularly appreciated his patience and unlimited time spent on showroom meetings, preparing quotes/specs, as well as numerous follow up calls to ensure the project met all expectations.

From there we selected the door knobs -I followed his suggestion to match the inside knobs to my kitchen cabinet drawer pulls and the outside to the external light fixtures. The next step was the installation where the crew that Robert oversaw was so skilled, professional and nice. And the new door was beyond expectations- just perfect. The next project was having Monks paint the house. And once again the expertise in making paint recommendations and the quality and care of the project was also beyond expectations.
