I had an unfortunate water

I had an unfortunate water incident in my basement necessitating a tear-down of old paneled walls and laminate flooring. Due to the age of the materials, nothing was replaceable. I contacted 3 contractors, only getting a response from Monk’s. They did a thorough assessment of the needs of my basement recovery and worked with me to come up with an improved finished product. They provide detailed material requirements and timelines and consistently and stayed on-task to get the work done. Each and every person that worked in my home was professional, friendly, skilled and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final product…my basement looks absolutely wonderful.
