I wanted to take a moment to review our interaction with Robert Farley at Monks while choosing the right entry door for our house. Even though we have not received it yet, Robert was extremely helpful at trying to accommodate our needs. We wanted to use a new type of hardware and our door needed some customization, Robert took the time on the phone with the supplier and then with us, going back and forth until we were completely happy with the result. We definitely recommend Robert at Monks, he is fast and very, very helpful.
