Dear Management – Just wanted to comment on how impressed I was with the professional and quality of work your crew provided on my job today. I found Dave the Supervisor to be very professional and a man of his word. The work that was completed was exactly as requested and the price was exactly what we agreed upon.
The Monk Team Ramon and Edgar were excellent. They explained exactly what they were going to do and when it would be done. At the conclusion of their work they showed me the work to assure I was satisfied.
I will definitely refer Monk to my friends and will call Monk next time a job arises that needs a professional. Both my wife and myself would like to congratulate you and your team for a job well done.
