Robert Farley of the Monks Morristown showroom expertly managed the coordination and purchase of my home’s total replacement windows and 3 entry doors.

Robert went above and beyond working with me on required HOA documents, numerous changes and updates in planning styles, colors; jumping in any time needed as a point of contact for questions or to engage other team members, as well as everything in between.

Robert was very knowledgable of manufacturers, styles, and materials, and hardware offering suggestions for consideration.. I particularly appreciated his patience and unlimited time spent on showroom meetings, preparing quotes/specs, as well as numerous follow up calls to ensure the project met all expectations.
