Residential Remodeling Project Manager

Our perfect candidate has gutted and remodeled more kitchens and bathrooms than they can remember.

Compensation includes $72,000 salary, monthly bonuses, health insurance, paid vacation, company vehicle, gas, and an iPad.

This job requires a strong comfort level with technology. If you have been hands-on in the field and are looking for a way to stay in the business without holding a hammer, this is for you. We specialize in taking small business owners and letting you focus on the parts of the business you do best, while we handle the accounting, the marketing, and the actual labor.

This is a position for independent, self-starting individuals that already understand the business of remodeling. This job is from approx 8:00 to 6:00, Monday to Friday. Occasional late appointments if you need to meet your customer in the evening.

We offer a company-provided vehicle. 2 weeks of paid vacation every year plus we close for the week of Christmas every year.

The right candidate should have experience in home construction with an emphasis on kitchens and bathroom renovations. We are specifically looking for Project Managers who are customer-focused and work well with a team. Our perfect candidate will have at least 5 years, and preferably 10 years, of experience in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, and building decks.

Our sales process is to have a salesperson on the initial appointment in the customer’s home to assess the project. After the salesperson sells a job, there is a handoff to the project manager and the PM takes the job to completion.

Our expectations are to keep $200,000 worth of work in progress at any given time and to complete $150,000 per month, on schedule, and on budget.

This usually means you will be running from 6-8 jobs at a time, in 3 or 4 different towns. Our remodeling Project Managers are organized and comfortable with technology.
