With over fourteen years of experience in the design industry, Simone John-Baptiste is a passionate and dedicated Lead Designer at Monk’s Design Studio. Growing up in a household of general contractors, Simone’s love for construction and design developed naturally—some might say it’s in her blueprints! This early inspiration led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Kean University. Here she built the strong foundation that guides her creative approach today.
Simone’s journey has taken her through some of the most trendy and upscale kitchen showrooms, where she gained invaluable experience crafting spaces that perfectly balance style and functionality. From sleek, modern kitchens to charming, traditional designs—and everything in between—Simone has a knack for bringing clients’ visions to life.
