In the summer of 1998, I began working with my brother, Ty. I power washed, painted and stained decks and home exteriors. While earning my B.A. from Rutgers and M.A. from Rider University, I continued to spend summer breaks working alongside my brother. I soon decided to join the family business full-time, painting and repairing homes in northern New Jersey. As Monk's has grown, so has my role. You'll still find me in the field every day, but now I manage our team of Estimators and Foremen. I train new team members and am responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. I live in Basking Ridge with my wife, Caryn, and our four children.
