The owners of this Randolph, NJ home wanted a bathroom in their basement. Our team at Monk’s was called in to install a brand new bathroom. In only ten days the entire project was completed to perfection!

These homeowners wanted a bathroom in their home’s basement because a bathroom in this space would give mean that their bottom floor could transform into a complete living quarters; perfect for guests, or for in-laws to eventually move into. Our team of designers worked with the homeowners to create the design of the home’s new bathroom. The design had to be made around the home’s existing plumbing.
We finished off the existing framing.
The next step was for our team to come in and build a shower bench.
Our team of tilers then came in and tiled the brand new shower, and installed a tile floor.
A vanity and toilet were selected, and installed by our team at Monk’s.
All hardware, accessories and, lighting were also installed to completely outfit this new bathroom.
The entire bathroom was also painted to ready the new space. In only ten days our team created a basement bathroom for this Randolph, NJ home.
