Monk’s Earns Awards From Angie’s List and Houzz

It’s Award Season!

It may not be as glamorous as the Oscars, but we are proud to earn two awards in our field. Houzz has awarded both Monk’s Home Improvements and Monk’s Design Studio with their “Best of Houzz award for Customer Service”. Additionally, Angie’s List awarded us with their Super Service Award.

Monk’s has earned the Angie’s List Super Service Award for nine straight years. Houzz, a newer platform, has awarded us with their Best of Houzz badge for seven years running.

Why it Matters

Nobody is perfect. But, we try our best to make our customers happy. These awards reflect our customer’s experience with us. About the Awards

Houzz and Angie’s List release their winners annually. Houzz’s Best of Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including a pro’s overall rating on Houzz and client reviews submitted in 2019.

Angie’s List Super Service Award honors professionals who have maintained exceptional ratings and reviews on Angie’s List in 2019.

“Service pros that receive our Angie’s List Super Service Award represent the best in our network, who are consistently making great customer service their mission,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks.

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2019 winners have met strict eligibility requirements. These include maintaining an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. The SSA winners must be in good standing with Angie’s List and undergo additional screening.

Service company ratings are updated continually on Angie’s List as new, verified consumer reviews are submitted. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in multiple fields ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality.
