Scope of Work: Exterior Carpentry
These homeowners wanted to be able to sit outside on their front porch and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. However, the existing porch was too small. The homeowners wanted something larger and more open. So, the existing porch was removed and a new, much larger, front porch was created by our carpentry team.
The flooring we used for this particular project is Zuri decking. Zuri decking is a composite decking option on display at our showroom. Getting to see the material and finish of the decking in person allows the homeowners to get a strong idea for the look and feel of their future project.
Our carpenters installed new composite railing kits, and composite column wraps. Composite material is moisture resistant, which means that it makes the best choice for exterior projects.
The columns installed for this particular project have a center block foundation, which was then screen coated and wrapped with stacked stone.
This new porch’s arched ceiling was constructed out of pine tongue-and-groove boards. Afterwards, new lights and ceiling fans were installed.
These homeowners were so happy with the work done by our team that they then hired us to perform a full exterior paint project on their home.
This home truly looks brand new!
