Location: Madison, NJ
Scope of Work: Exterior Carpentry
These homeowners wanted to sit outside on their front porch and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. However, the existing enclosed porch was too small. They wanted something larger and more open. So, our carpentry team removed the existing porch and created a new, much larger front porch. Along with exterior painting, this front porch renovation transformed the look of this home.
We installed composite decking, which the homeowners viewed on display at our showroom. Seeing the material and finish of the decking in person ensures the customer will like the finished look. It also allows for color coordinating with other materials and paint colors.
Our carpenters installed new composite railing kits and composite column wraps. Composite material is moisture resistant, making it the best choice for low-maintenance exterior projects.
The columns installed for this project have a center block foundation, which was screen-coated and wrapped with stacked stone.
This new porch’s arched ceiling was constructed out of pine tongue-and-groove boards. Afterwards, new lights and ceiling fans were installed.
These homeowners were so happy with the work done by our team that they then hired us to perform a full exterior paint project on their home.
This home truly looks brand new!
