After the flood in September

After the flood in September of 2021, we were in need of significant repair work to our home. Entire team from Monk’s including Gustavo (foreman), Ward (project manager), and the team of guys that did the work were all professional, on time, and paid great attention to details of the job and to our family’s needs while the work was going on. The work they did was impeccable and I have absolutely no complaints. Another positive thing I want to point out is how flexible they were during the project to meet our needs/wants. I really can’t say enough good things about the people and the work they’ve done. My home repair is not yet completed, but the dedication they’ve shown thus far made me write this review even before the completion of work. In fact, I will be using them for other projects in our home for the future. The experience I had through this difficult time for our family was made much easier because of their dedication to getting the job done and done right. I cannot say enough good things about them and the work they did, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
