Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes not. With Monk’s and Nelson Santiago we got more in many ways. The excellent attention to detail and professionalism was really appreciated. The quality of painting, tile work and finishes was truly great. When there was any concern, it was addressed without argument or dispute; knowing that the punch list is done without an effort is so appreciated. The cleanup was immaculate. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone and i know that my wife felt the same.
