Updated Showroom Policies

Plexiglass barriers at desks during Showroom Appointment

Let’s Design Together

Effective May 28, 2021, Governor Murphy has issued an executive order lifting the mask mandate in indoor public spaces. However, “Businesses and entities overseeing indoor spaces will continue to have the ability to require masking for employees, customers, and/or guests. ” You can read more on Executive Order No. 242 here.

The safety of our employees and customers is our priority. Customers typically spend an hour to 90 minutes during a showroom visit. Because of this, we ask all guests and staff to continue to wear a mask. Thank you for your cooperation!

The conditions are evolving daily and we will update our policies accordingly.

If you prefer, we are still offering free, virtual design consultations with our Designers. You can also shop for windows, doors, decking, and flooring through a video call with one of our sales specialists.

What to Expect in the Showroom

  • Plexiglass barriers have been installed at our desks
  • Our associates will be wearing face masks for your protection.
  • We ask that our customers wear a mask too.

If you are unable or unwilling to do so, we politely ask that you change your in-person appointment to a virtual appointment. If you have any questions, please discuss them with your designer or sales associate prior to your appointment.

Walk-ins are now permitted. We recommend making an appointment in order to guarantee you undivided attention especially on a Saturday.
