Monks were great to work with on our exterior painting, bathroom and wine cellar. Chris, the project manager, was always on hand to guide us through the project and quickly fix small issues that arose. The only issue I would suggest for improvement is to fix the protocol for dust containment inside the house.
We had our sliding doors switched out to French doors. Jason Solomon coordinating everything and made everything super simple. Monks’s contractor did an amazing job and finished up the job in 1 day. Excellent work – went above and beyond what they quoted and what I paid for – installation, painting, assisting with the screens and repairing our wood shutters. They made sure everything met their high standards. Fernando is the best!
