In only three days our team at Monk’s power washed and stained this home’s deck. The deck’s trim and railings were also carefully painted, updating the complete look of this home’s exterior! This deck had not been stained in four years when our team arrived on the job. The deck was mildewed and in need of some serious attention.
Monk’s Method
Our team started the project by using a chemical stripper. This works to loosen the old stain. Next, the deck is thoroughly power washed. After that our team applied a cedar tone Sikkens deck stain. In addition to staining the deck, our team also primed and painted all of the trim and spindles. In only three days our team had not only improved the look of this home’s deck but also performed important home maintenance! Another job well done by our team at Monk’s!
